1. When you first enter the Insurance Carrier option a Select An Option window will appear; select the insurance carrier you wish to delete.
2. Command options will appear; select Delete. The insurance carrier is now deleted.
Note: You cannot delete an insurance carrier if records associated with the insurance carrier are found in the system history or in other tables.
3. You will return to the Select An Option window. Select EXIT to exit the Insurance Carrier option.
